Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Safeguarding Adults Board (SAB) is committed to monitoring and evaluating ‘the effectiveness of safeguarding adult’s at risk training’, for all professionals working with families and adults across the area. Training should cover how to identify and respond early to the needs of adult’s at risk, and the areas as identified within the SAB competency checklist.
The documents below, will support you and your agency to submit your safeguarding adult’s at risk training for endorsement to the SAB
Please note that the endorsement process is free for SAB partner agencies and local voluntary agencies. Private training and Social Enterprises will incur a charge to cover administration and endorsement meeting costs.
It is a expectation that all single agency training in relation to safeguarding adults provided across the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area should be ‘endorsed’ by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough SAB
