Welcome to the Peterborough Safeguarding Children Board (PSCB) website. PSCB is a statutory board, which has been set up as part of the Every Child Matters reforms, and requires all organisations that work with children to cooperate to keep children safe from harm.
At the heart of establishing the PSCB website was the desire to provide useful information and a user friendly tool which will aid children, young people, their families and professionals to ensure safeguarding is everyone's business.
Peterborough LSCB have published an up to date set of procedures to reflect Working Together to Safeguard Children 2010; these procedures are available from the ‘inter-agency procedures’ button on the left hand side of every page on this website.
